《We Reject State Intervention in Private Relationships》
– Practical Manifesto No. 1 for the Dismantling of the Nicaean Regime
State intervention in private relationships is not merely a matter of policy—it is the intrusion of moral authority in the name of public power. It is a regime of surveillance that disguises itself as protection, aimed at controlling intimacy and desire for political gain.
We are witnessing
the rise of political powers that wear the mask of “morality”where self-proclaimed guardians of “justice” regulate emotional ties, criminalize sexual autonomy, and weaponize narratives of victimhoodto justify control over the lives of others.
We remember
that family precedes institutional design, that relationships emerge and dissolve without the state’s permission, and that sexual union is not first a contract, but a deeply human and natural choice.
Therefore, we affirm:
We categorically reject state intrusion into the realm of private relationships. We reclaim our right to sexual autonomy and the freedom to form bonds. This is not a mere political stance, but a minimal ethic for sustainable life—a resistance in defense of human dignity itself.
Our relationships are ours alone.
Our love, our sex, our solidaritiesare formed through mutual consent, emotion, and choice—not through surveillance, legislation, or external validation.
We issue this call:
To governments across the world,
Cease your intrusion into the private sphere.Establish legal and policy frameworks that guarantee autonomy and freedom in intimacy.
To religious institutions,
Refrain from imposing your doctrines as universal moral law.Faith must remain a matter of choice, not coercion.
To international human rights organizations,
including Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch,we urge you to recognize the violation of private relationshipsby states, religious authorities, and moralist ideologiesas a critical human rights issue. You must bring these invasions to the forefront of global advocacy.
“The Nicaean regime must fall.
Upon its ruins, we shall build a new way of living.”
